    Franklin and Cleveland Among Top in State

    More than three dozen Seattle Public Schools high school students are being awarded Washington State Opportunity Scholarships (WSOS), including 19 students from Franklin and 25 students from Cleveland.

    WSOS is a non-profit group that supports the next generation of STEM and health care leaders by helping them prepare for high-demand, professional  fields. Franklin and Cleveland ranked among the top 10 schools, across the state, with the most students awarded scholarships this year.

    SPS students join 5,400 previous awardees well on their way to becoming future leaders fueling the state’s innovation economy.
