    Congratulations to Denny International Middle School and Chief Sealth International High School for winning KCTS 9 ‘Pathways to Excellence’ Awards!

    The awards are selected by KCTS 9 in partnership with the Washington State Board of Education and recognize schools making measurable progress creating greater educational opportunity for all students.

    Seattle Public Schools, like school districts across the nation, is working to close opportunity/achievement gap. Three Pathways Awards are presented each year for one elementary, one middle school and one high school and represent the vanguard of educational equity in the state.

    Both Denny and Chief Sealth demonstrate tremendous efforts by educators, families and students, working together to help every child shine.
