Private School Federal Program Information and Resources

Federal program coordination for private schools falls under the Office of Grants & Fiscal Compliance. This office is committed to supporting academic success for all, through the innovative, effective and compliant use of federal, state and community resources.

Services are available through the following programs for the 2016-17 school year:

21st Century Community Learning Center Grants

Private school students may participate by contacting the following sites:

West Seattle Elementary - Jeremy Smith, jeremysmith@seattleymca.org
YMCA provides After School programs from 2:05 - 5:30 Monday - Friday.  Activities include: homework support, enrichment activities, physical activity and dinner.

Concord International Elementary - Nicole Henson, nhenson@seattleymca.org
YMCA provides before and after school programs, from 8:15 - 9:30 am & 4:15 - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.  Activities include: homework support, team building, and enrichment activities.

Chief Sealth High School, Jeff Poke, jpoke@seattleymca.org
YMCA provides daily after school activities 3:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.  Youth have 3-5 different activity choices each day.  Activities include: homework center, academic tutoring, music, dance and more.

YMCA provides daily academic support and enrichment activities 2:05 - 5:00pm.  Youth can choose from a variety of program offerings.
