City of Seattle ORCA Card Program
The City of Seattle is sponsoring an ORCA card program for low income high school students residing 0-2 miles from their attendance area school, who currently do not receive district funded transportation. This program replaces last year’s FRL ORCA card pilot program. More information is available at www.seattle.gov/youthorca and the email address is email@example.com.
