Pregistration opens at 8 a.m. February 22 and closes at 2 p.m. February 23.

- Public Comment Session on the Superintendent Search
- Preregistration is required to provide Public Comment. Those wishing to provide comments about the Superintendent Search may preregister beginning at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 22 using this sign up for public comment online form. Preregistration will close at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23.

- Public comments will be limited to the topic of the Superintendent Search and testimony time will be limited to two minutes per speaker. More information about the Superintendent Search process is available on the School Board website.
- Those who preregister may provide comments using the call-in provided above or via Microsoft Teams using the link that will be provided in the registration confirmation webpage and via email.
- The names of those who preregister will be called sequentially in the order registrations were received. If a speaker does not unmute to provide testimony by phone/Microsoft Teams when their name is called, the next speaker’s name will be called.

This meeting will be held remotely per the Governor’s proclamation allowing public agencies to conduct meetings subject to the Open Public Meetings Act remotely to curtail the spread of COVID-19. The public is being provided remote access through SPSTV YouTube and Broadcast, Microsoft Teams and teleconference as noted above. There is a maximum capacity for Teams and teleconference participants, and a “waiting room” may be utilized to address capacity. Additional attendees will be admitted from the waiting room as capacity permits.
