The Small Works Roster processes authorized by RCW 39.04.155 may be used to secure bids or quotes forthe District's Small Works construction projects estimated to cost$200,000 or less. Businesses with annual revenues of less than$1,000,000 may also be eligible to compete for Small Works projectsestimated to cost $35,000 or less. Contractors will not be placed on the Small Works Roster unless theyare prequalified and submit a completed, signed application to the District. Click here for the Small Works Application.
