Please visit Vaccine Finder to find other appointments.

Important information for registration from SVNA:

  • All patients will need their own, separate appointment in the patient’s name, with their information. A family of four will need four appointments. If you are unable to register all patients within the same time block, please choose the closest available time block for the remaining patients. You may still come together at the same time.
  • You must have an accepted, verified insurance plan on file during registration, or you will need to pay out-of-pocket at the time of service. Due to the end of the Public Health Emergency, there is unfortunately no federal funding for uninsured patients at this time.
  • If you have questions, please reach out to info@seattlevna.com for assistance.

As of Sept. 4, 2025, Washington State has signed a public health order which allows all Washington residents to receive COVID-19 vaccines, regardless of health conditions. This order increases accessibility beyond current FDA and CDC recommendations. Washington State Department of Health recommends COVID vaccinations this season for everyone age 6 months and older.
