SCWA Information for Contractors

The Student and Community Workforce Agreement (SCWA), is similar to the Community Workforce or Project Labor Agreements in place with the City of Seattle, King County, the Port of Seattle, and Sound Transit.

It is a negotiated contract between the local building construction trade unions and Seattle Public Schools.

The Contractor Bid and Prep Primerprovides information to help contractors understand and comply with the SCWA. It also includes forms necessary for compliance.
