    Elementary Progress Reports Available in the Source April 10

    Elementary Progress Reports for Trimester 2 will be available for families to view in the Source on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

    Elementary progress reports have been updated to ensure accessibility for all families. Seattle Public Schools is committed to making its online information accessible and usable to all people, regardless of ability or technology. This updated version is verified as Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. Priority standards for grades K-5 have also been translated in our top 5 languages. If you need this report printed, please contact your school or teacher for support.

    The Source is the online platform where families access their student's daily attendance, assessment scores, elementary progress reports, and secondary student grades. All report cards and progress reports will be available to families using the Source.

    If you have not yet signed into the Source, please follow the steps below. If you do not have access to the internet or a device at home, please contact your school and/or student's teacher to request a printed copy.

    How to set up your Source Account

    Before you setup a Source account: You must be on record as the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in SPS.

    1. Your email address must be on record at each student's school.
    2. Please make sure you have provided the same email address for each SPS student in your family. To provide or update your email address, please contact your student's school for assistance.

    To set up a Source account: Please visit The Source and click the Set up button.

    1. Type the email address on record at each student's school, then click Enter.
    2. Check your email for a message from
      • If you don't receive this email:
        Check your Spam or Trash folders.
        Contact the school(s) to provide your email address.
    3. Open the email and click the link.
    4. Enter your Username (the email address on record at the school) and create a Password. Your password must be 8 or more characters long. Please do not use an apostrophe ' in your password.
