Important Health Coverage Tax Documents
IRS 1095 forms will not be automatically mailed this year. On Dec. 23, 2024, President Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act into law. This act states that employers are no longer required to automatically print and mail annual forms 1095. Form 1095 provides information regarding medical insurance coverage enrollment.
For the 2024 calendar year, 1095 forms have been produced and will be available through Employee Self Services (ESS) by the March 3 deadline. Active employees may log in to ESS to view and print the 1095 form.
