Hi, my name is Omri Nimni, and I am super excited to be part of the Lincoln High School Social Studies team! I have had a deep love for the study of history for as long as I can remember. I am the one who corrected historical inaccuracies while watching movies. Social Studies classes were always my favorites growing up and I love the opportunity to pass that passion onto my students. I grew up in the Seattle area and am a proud product of Shoreline Public Schools.

From there I pursued my passion for history to a B.A. as well as a M.A. in history and then a Master's in teaching to bring it all home.

I am a huge fan of getting outdoors in the beautiful PNW and would literally eat every meal outside if I could. I would be happy to talk with you for hours on wonderfully nerdy things like video games, Harry Potter, Star Wars and many other things. Finally, outside of the teaching day I enjoy cooking and playing various multi-hour-long board games.
